Custom Cakes offers all-occasion cakes, wedding, cake truffles, cupcakes, and dessert cakes, scratch-baked and decorated to order. Custom Cakes came about over 20 years ago in Southern Oregon. I am a passionate, professionly and self-taught cake artist, who has created cakes since 1986 when I took my first decorating classes and started decorating at retail bakeries. Since then, my "tried n' true" recipes, designs, construction, and decorating skills have made Custom Cakes a reputable local business. Custom Cakes is a preferred "cakery" for local venues, contracted by wedding service providers, and a member of Wine Country Wedding Professionals. and ICES (International Cake Exploration Society)
Using a state-licensed kitchen in my home, set in the middle of Yamhill County wine country, I create, bake, and deliver cakes for many events in the area. My reputation for quality local ingredients, creativity, and hospitality have delivered beautifully tasteful cakes all over the northwest. I buy quality ingredients from local business, grow it myself, or purchase from farmers markets when possible. You can taste the difference at Custom Cakes.
